• Postoperative itching and sometimes mild discomfort are normal.
• You may experience postoperative tearing and sensitivity to sunlight which will disappear after a few days.
• Within a week of surgery, blurred vision may be experience but it will gradually resolve after about 2 weeks.
• The recovery time varies from person to person, but a complete recovery can take about 1 month.
• Timely use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops prescribed by your ophthalmologist is essential.
• Avoid driving, doing any stretching and strenuous exercises, bending, lifting, and pressing or rubbing your eyes after surgery.
• You can do your daily activities and stair-climbing.
