Femto-LASIK Surgery Package

Femto-LASIK surgery is an outpatient surgical procedure that is performed to correct hyperopia (farsightedness), myopia (nearsightedness) and astigmatism. This method is one of the most appropriate and fastest ways to correct eye refractive errors (a way to remove eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Age Limit for Femto-LASIK Surgery
  • You Should be older than 18 years.
Surgical Procedure

In Femto-LASIK Surgery, very thin corneal incisions (corneal flaps) are created accurately using an ultra-fast femtosecond laser. After the flap has been created the surgeon lifts it with a specially designed instrument. The Excimer laser is then used to shave away thin slices of the cornea and in doing so correct refractive errors. At the end of the procedure, the flap is replaced in its original position.
